Blue Mule uses a Macintosh Power PC 603e processor running Mark of the Unicorn's Digital Performer version 2.11 which is an integrated midi sequencer and digital audio hard disc recorder. A large array of plugins enables the program to perform all digital signal processing such as reverb, delay, compression, equalization, etc.... entirely in the digital domain. The program is also capable of time compression and expansion along with some very musical sounding pitch shifting. This program allows total control over your project. Mixes are printed either on the Mac or to a Sony PCM300 DAT or Tascam CDR format and we also have a Tascam 130 cassette recorder to demo work in progress. For those who still prefer analog we have the Fostex Model 80 eight track available. We have the Roland XP10 keyboard, Korg 05rw module, assorted guitars and amps, San's amps, the Pod Line Six, the Boss guitar harmonist and lots of other toys.
